Jadi cerita nya saya biasa sering transaksi di Panin Pluit Selatan. Ayah saya sudah dikecewkan dengan servis Panin Pluit selatan blkgan ini, sebab setelah dia meninggalkan counter, 2 jam kemudian ditelpon bahwa uang setoran nya kurang. Secara logika dan sesuai peraturan, setelah meninggalkan counter, tidak menerima complain bila uang nya kurang. Dan saya selamaa ini, tidak ada petugas teller yang sangat ceroboh dengan uang tunai (paling parah sih lupa kasih slip nya sajah). Hari ini saya, melakukan bbrp transaksi dan ketika saat itu, saya ke toilet (biasa jg sering ke toilet sekitar 1min krg).. saya masih ada bbrp selip setoran yg blm dibalikkan, uang tunai saya jg diberikan oleh teller. Wktu balik ke teller Budi, saya menemukan ada seorang nasbah menggambil tunai di teller Budi.. saya pun kaget, kenapa saya disela? Padahal kan saya belum selesai transaksi nya. Pak Budi menjelaskan bahwa salah security nya, pdhl pak budi sudah menolak nasabah tersebut.. Sedangkan kepala cabang/ superviser BU VELMA, membenarkan tindakan tersebut dengan alasan nasabah yang dilayani tadi adalah PRIORITAS dan sebab tadi saya di toilet.... (lah terus knp nasabah prioritas? Kan namanya lagi melayani nasabah, masa bisa disela nasabah lain... klo saya ke toilet, kenapa tidak ditolak nasabah nya dengan tegas; dimana kejelasan pelayanan servis dan kejelasan aturan?; udah salah pun tidak minta maaf) Sangat mengecewakan sekali, sejak dignti superviser BU VELMA, seakan dua insident tadi itu sudah wajar. Minta maafpun tidak!
So the story is that I often do transactions at Panin Pluit Selatan. I still have a few slips of deposits that have not been reversed, my cash was also given by the teller. When I returned to Budi's teller, I found a customer taking cash at Budi's teller .. I was shocked, why was I being interrupted? Even though I haven't finished the transaction yet. Mr. Budi explained that the security was wrong, even Mr. Budi had rejected the customer .. Meanwhile, the head of the BU VELMA branch / superviser, justified this action on the grounds that the customer being served was PRIORITY and because I was in the toilet ... (is that a priority customer? if I go to the toilet, why doesn't the customer firmly reject it; where is the clarity of service and clarity of rules ?; it's been wrong, don't apologize) It is very disappointing, since the supervisor of BU VELMA dignti, as if the two incidents were normal. Not even sorry!
