★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sumpah, service tellernya lamaaaaaaa banget. Setiap hari yg jaga cuma 1 org padahal antriannya lumayan. Tolong, servicenya ditingkatkan. Masa customer disuruh nunggu berlama-lama. Ngeselin ky qta ga punya urusan ajah.
 I swear, the teller service is taking too long. Every day there is only 1 person looking after even though the queue is pretty good. Please, improve the service. The customer is told to wait a long time. It's annoying that you don't have any business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengin bicara yg kurang baik dan tdk kasih bintang,tp klo gk di isi gk bisa kasih ulasan.
Tlonglah masa bank BUMN pelayanannya sprti ini cuma krna CS 1 tdk masuk dan di gntikan teller smp antrian membludak pdhal personil lengkap (sdh ada yg mnggantikan yg sakit). Hrsnya tau mana yg jd prioritas atw tdk.
Di perbaiki ya.

Please, time for state-owned banks whose services are like this, only because CS 1 did not enter and was replaced by a teller until the queue was booming even though the personnel were complete (there were already replacing the sick). Should know which one is a priority or not.
