★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nomor antrian gak berurutan...dan tiba2 aja ada yang bisa langsung ke C.S. 1 jam disini sia2.. yang jaga cm 1orang. Pelayanan super lelet
Queue numbers are not sequential...and suddenly someone can go directly to C.S. 1 hour here is useless.. only 1 person takes care. Super slow service

On google it says open 08:00, ehh I went to Sanah at 08:40 it said it was closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya ramah. Ketika masuk bank akan ditanya oleh security mau pelayanan apa untuk diinput ke sistem dan akan diberikan nomor antrian. Costumer service berada di lantai 1 dan teller berada di lantai 2. Terdapat jg air minum gratis yang disediakan dan koran untuk dibaca selama menunggu.
Jam layanan untuk kas jam 08.00 - 15.00, sedangkan jam pelayanan dapat dilihat di pintu masuk.
Parkiran cukup luas dan terdapat tukang parkir, dengan tarif seikhlasnya.
Friendly service. When entering the bank, the security will ask what service to input to the system and will be given a queue number. Customer service is on the 1st floor and the tellers are on the 2nd floor.There is also free drinking water provided and newspapers to read while waiting.
Service hours for cash are 08.00 - 15.00, while service hours can be seen at the entrance.
The parking lot is quite large and there are parking attendants, at the best possible price.

Buka jam 09:00 (mungkin selama pandemi). Isi tabel nomor antrian dan formulir keluhan untuk keperluan customer service, mulai dari jam 06:00 kuota ±30 orang perhari. Untuk keperluan ke teller bisa langsung (tanpa menulis tabel nomor antrian). Proses ganti kartu ±20 menit siapkan kartu atm, ktp dan buku tabungan, serta pin baru tidak boleh sama dengan kartu yang lama.

Opens at 9:00 am (possibly during the pandemic). Fill in the queue number table and complaint form for customer service purposes, starting from 06:00 quota ± 30 people per day. For the purposes of the teller, it can be directly (without writing the queue number table). The process of changing cards in ± 20 minutes, prepare atm cards, ID cards and passbooks, and new pins cannot be the same as the old card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank Mandiri ini letaknya bukan pas di perempatan Bulak Kapal yaa teman2.. yg di Bulak Kapal dkt Bank BNI itu cuma ada ATM doang. Jd scra lokasi dari perempatan Bulak Kapal agak ksnaan dikit, persis seberang Pom Bensin, sebelahan sama Indomaret.
Untuk pelayanan lumayan lengkap dan terhitung jarang sepi.
Jam bukanya dikarenakan lagi pandemi gini jd berubah jam 09.00-14.00, cuma Senin-Jumat yaa, Sabtu-Minggu libur.
Untuk CS ada dilantai 1, untuk teller ada di lantai 2, untuk ATM ada di bawah dekat Parkiran dan ada mesin setor tunai nya.
Untuk tanggal2 tertentu jangan ditanya rame nya kayak gimana, jadi harap bersabar
This Bank Mandiri is not located right at the Bulak Kapal intersection, friends ... the one at Bulak Kapal near Bank BNI only has an ATM. So the location of the Bulak Kapal intersection is a little bit, right across from the Petrol Station, next to Indomaret.
The service is quite complete and rarely quiet.
The opening hours are due to the pandemic like this so it changes from 09.00-14.00, only Monday-Friday, Saturday-Sunday is off.
CS is on the 1st floor, the teller is on the 2nd floor, the ATM is downstairs near the parking lot and there is a cash deposit machine.
For certain dates, don't ask how crowded it is, so please be patient
