'Keramahan' sebagai salah satu bagian implisit dari product knowledge patut diduga tdk benar2 diaplikasikan oleh ybs. Opinion : As a first impression for security on duty (shift) customers today KC Karawang is less friendly and tends to be "suspicious". 'Hospitality' as an implicit part of product knowledge should be suspected as not being properly applied by the person concerned. Hopefully criticism & suggestions can be sincere, understood and embodied in the form of service in the future. Thx

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah banget. Gak jelas SOP nasabah. Disuruh antri yg ga jelas di mana antrinya. ATM baru jadi 14 hari. CS klemar klemer, jalan dah kaya model, lemot parah. Gak ramah. Satpam juga asal, gak tau ngarahin nasabah. Kacau lah pokoknya nih BNI karawang asw
That's too bad. The customer SOP is not clear. Told to queue, it's not clear where the queue is. ATM just became 14 days. CS klemar klemer, the road is already like a model, it's really slow. Perlu ditingkatkan lg pelayanannya terutama untuk CS kalau antrian sdh panjang perlu ditambah lagi personnelnya supaya lbh efektif dan efisien.
Management bank perlu memperhatikan hal ini untuk kepuasan nasabah.
