★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATM ini berada di pusat perbelanjaan Sentra Grosir Cikarang (SGC), persis di samping bank-nya. Galeri ATM menyediakan cukup banyak mesin. Tiap mesin mempunyai sedikit perbedaan. Ada yg dengan pecahan uang Rp 50,000, ada yg dengan pecahan Rp 100,000, ada yg khusus transaksi non-tunai dan ada yg khusus untuk setoran. Ruangannya tidak terlalu luas.
 This ATM is located in the Sentra Grosir Cikarang (SGC) shopping center, right next to the bank. The ATM gallery provides quite a number of machines. Each machine has a little difference. There are those with IDR 50,000 denominations, some with IDR 100,000 denominations, some for non-cash transactions and some for deposits. The room is not too wide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dari empat mesin ATM yang disediakan, semuanya tidak bisa digunakan untuk tarik tunai karena uangnya habis. Pihak bank mungkin tidak memperhitungkan ramainya nasabah di musim belanja lebaran tahun ini. Antrean yang panjang mengular. Semua nasabah yang mengantre tersebut bermaksud mengambil uang guna belanja di SGC, tapi semua kembali dengan tangan hampa.
Sebenarnya ATM BNI ini termasuk yang bagus di SGC. Gerai ATM nya luas, bahkan di sampingnya terdapat bank cabang BNI. Ada pula mesin ATM yang menyediakan layanan setor tunai dan non-tunai. Tapi apalah artinya semua itu jika tujuan menarik dana dari rekening THR tidak dapat dilakukan, belanja lebaran pin jadi terhambat ?
