★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with their lack of accountability and professionalism. We have signed up with them & paid the necessary fees. We had a agreement to trial launch at the end of December. It is now the 2nd of Feb, we are unable to even contact their P.I.C. (specialist) Ms. TIA.
We have tried several times to reach the other departments, i.e. Marketing, but to no avail. Marketing basically stated that it is not their department and unable to help.
Very disappointed indeed. Our whole execution planning is severely impeded. Please do contact us back. Appreciate it greatly.
