1. Setting RD nggak bisa, salah high and low-nya nyalahin briefter eror
2. Entah siapa dia cara menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan tidaklah ramah (bukan kasir or teknisi yg pasti)
Parah parah parah..so, be smart pilih2 tempat service, workshop yg jauh lebih recomended drpd disini

1. RD settings can't, the wrong high and low blame the briefter error
2. I don't know who he is, the way he answers customer questions is not friendly (not a cashier or technician for sure)
It's really bad..so, be smart, choose a service place, a workshop that is much more recommended than here

Bike Shop is complete, clean and comfortable! The service is also ok and informative for beginners who still don't understand bicycle parts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanannya bagus banget, pertama kali ke sini langsung disambut dengan ramah, benerin sepeda dari ga enak dipake jadi berasa make sepeda baru, terus ada coffee shopnya juga. RECOMMENDED BANGET
the service is really good, the first time I came here I was immediately greeted in a friendly manner, corrected the bike from not being comfortable to use so it felt like making a new bike, then there was a coffee shop too. VERY RECOMMENDED

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly-recommended spot for bike services (both repair and wash). The good thing is that the crew is always willing to explain the technical issue of your bike (instead of just fixing it). Admin is also responsive for inquiry through WA chat. And they serve good coffee too!
