★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harian lepas kerja bagi mesin .gaji 120 ribu harus kerja 10 hari jika tidak sampai maka gaji hangus . Kaluar setelah 10 hari pun gaji di undur 2 dan tidak dikasihkan semua . 2020 kok masih ada yang kaya gini .kerja 12 jam tanpa kejelasan lembur dan insentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seumur hidup saya berkarir, baru PT Biggy Cemerlang yang konon bonafit tetapi HR-nya berkelakuan tidak profesional, meng-ghosting calon karyawan dengan jadwal interview yang mereka sendiri ingkari dan tidak ada itikad baik untuk mengkomunikasikan, bahkan ketika dicoba untuk konfirmasi.
Sukses membuang waktu dan energi saya, serta kesempatan lain yang saya lewati, karena memilih percaya kepada komitmen mereka.
Semestinya ini jadi gambaran bagaimana kualitas kinerja HR-nya, dan Managemennya secara gamblang terhadap karyawan mereka, sedangkan kepada calon karyawan sendiri bisa sedemikian congkaknya.
Nama besar tidak selalu sejalan dengan kualitas SDM memang.
In my entire career, only PT Biggy Cemerlang is said to be bona fide but its HR behaves unprofessionally, ghosting prospective employees with interview schedules that they themselves deny and have no good faith to communicate, even when trying to confirm.
Success wasted my time and energy, as well as other opportunities that I missed, because I chose to believe in their commitment.
This should be an illustration of how the quality of their HR performance, and their management is to their employees, while the prospective employees themselves can be so arrogant.
Big names are not always in line with the quality of human resources indeed.
