Mulai usia 28 week baru mulai memberdayakan diri untuk bisa lahiran normal dan membahagiakan lahir batin. . Yoga disini, senam maryam disini. dan yang pasti selalu dapat ilmu seputar kehamilan, persalinan stlh yoga dan senam selesai.
