★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau ambil laundry tapi capek, mager. tinggal Wa, diantar sampai depan pintu. Lupa nggak punya uang cash, bisa bayar transfer mbanking. Keren.
Hasilnya seperti biasa, bersih, wangi. Yg aku suka Rapi banget. Beneran.
Tapi sekarang udah mulai rame y, sedikit slow respon & antar jemputnya pakai ngantri

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ✓ Pas promo pertama masukin laundry dikasih kartu yang isinya ceklist yang mana di nomor tertentu ada diskon 50% (saya rahasiakan nomor berapa biar penasaran, hehe)
✓ dua tipe pembayaran : paynow atau paylater
✓ notifikasi langsung via WhatsApp, kapan kita masukin laundry, berapa kilo, harga dan notifikasi kalo laundry udah selesai.
✓Hasil rapiih, super wangi, apalagi parfum special edition yang diracik sendiri.
✓ kalo pas capek, masnya juga mau nganter/jemput ke rumah..
recommended banget deeh!!?

Minus nya :
1. Harga yang sedikit mahal dari laundry di sekitar situ Rp 6000/kilo.
Kelebihan nya :
1. Tempat rapi bersih
2. Kualitas dari hasil laundry nya bagus dan rapi. pakaian saya jujur bermerk jadi nggak was was cuci di laundry ini.
3. Pegawai nya ramah
4. Dari kekurangan diatas ternyata 6000 itu untuk program diskon jadi harga 6000 itu nanti ada diskon2 nya dan itu keren.
Kesimpulan nya :
1.Rasa penasaran saya terbayar lunas. Ada harga ada rupa.
2. Di Sepanjang jalan disitu saya sudah coba semua laundry dari ternama hingga biasa.
hanya laundry ini yang menurut saya juara rapi bersih dan wangi nya mengalahkan semua laundry disitu.
Saya kasih bintang 4 dulu. Besok saya kesana lagi kalau kualitas terjaga sama seperti saya laundry pertama kali, nanti saya edit kasih bintang 5

Tapi akir2 ini bisa jadi 2 harian kalau member atau diskon.
Saya paham sih udah diskon masa minta cepet ? makadari itu okelah 2 hari yang penting hasil tetap memuaskan.
Trus saya minta maaf sama cs nya waktu itu saya ngerasa kehilangan baju saya negur ruko. Eh ternyata beberapa hari kemudian saya mau ambil baju di lemari baju yang saya rasa hilang ternyata di lemari ?. Maaf fin saya min maaf ya saya nggak cek dulu ketika mau cuci ?

❌ parkir sedikit susah.
❌ proses pencucian tergolong lama 2 harian kalau rame bisa 3 hari (tapi akir ny saya paham dan iseng tanya mas di costumer service nya kenapa lama, karena laundry ini fokus sama hasil)
❌mahal 6000/ kilo sedangkan di sebelah sebelah nya cuma 5000. (akan tetapi ada harga ada rupa)
✔️ bersih, rapi, wuangiiii
(tapi yng jelas rapi buanget)
✔️ mas cs nya ramah
✔️ada garansi pernah sekali kaus saya ada yang apek langsung saya kembalikan dan di proses gratis.
Kesimpulan : londry terbaik yang pernah saya temui, sudah pernah iseng2 nyoba londry di sepanjang jalan itu, hanya ini yang terbaik.
Yang jelas ini rapi buanget saya suka ?
