★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will give you their best services no matter what room you got, private, semi - private, etc. The nurses and doctors are kind.
Best to go early in the morning like 7 am, when you can starts taking the queue numbers, and the calling starts around 7.30 am or 8 am. later than that get ready to wait for an hour or so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is great, except one. My sister was there and stayed in superior room. It should be bigger and wider than VIP room since it's more expensive. But the room is not as big as what we expected and it's too noisy. Then we moved to VIP room and it's much better. I don't know why but they should really work with this problem
And, when you came here to visit the doctors, you will wait hours just to get the medicine, though you're regular patient (means without JKN). So be prepared for that

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the hospital is clean, there are a few placards so visitors are not confused, there are some employees or nurses who are ready to help. often crowded place, available emergency facilities. there is a BPJS service, there is a canteen and toilet which is quite clean

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here 4 times. What’s nice about this hospital is you can register just by phone. The doctor I went to is always the same person (because I want to). He checked me carefully and he tried to make me understand my condition by explaining it. And it is clearly stated. The lady sitting in the front office was kind. The service definitely stand out. Price is slightly more expensive but I think still reasonable. One thing this hospital needs to fix is the look of the interior, looks so old in my opinion✌?but maybe they keep it this way to make this hospital different than the new ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hospital, excellent doctors and nurses. I spent 4 days in Bethesda for surgery, everything was smooth, nurses are taking very good care of you 24/24, doctors are highly competent.
Very recommended.
