Karena terjadi penunggakan pembayaran dr best denki ke jamsostek...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Datang kesini jam 1 siang. Dan cuss ke best denki. Saya beli printer disini dan tipe printer yang mau saya beli ada disini. Jadi lumayan ga udah nyari ke toko lain. Karena saya bayar cash dapat potongan dua ratus ribu rupiah dan dapat kupon undian buat tanggal 25 febuari di puri. Semoga nanti saya menang hahahaha....
Oia karena lumayan besar printernya iadi minta tolong mas SPB buat bawain ke lobby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beli AC dan Mesin cuci di best denki, semua barang dikirim telat bgt yang paling PARAH mesin cuci belom dikirim juga saya beli TANGGAL 8 JUNI 2019 sampe hari ini TANGGAL 17 JULI 2019 tak ada pengiriman!!!!! dijanjiin seminggu barang kirim tapi tak dateng2 sampe saya pulang dari luar negeri pun barang tak ada kirim!! bagaimana lah you jangan kasih janji2, kalo barang tak ada ataupun tak bisa kirim uang balikin!!!! jangan you alasan konfirmasi2 manajemen, saya telpon pun tak diangkat!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengiriman sangat buruk, jauh telat dari tanggal yabg dijanjikan. Saya beli 15 mei 2021, dan dijanjikan dikirim akhir juni. Lalu diganti pada awal juli. Lalu direschedule terus sampe 28 agustus 2021 (hari ini). Namun, sampai sekarang pun dari pihak best denki gak bisa dihubungi sama sekali, dan nggak ada konfirmasi lebih jelasnya....telat bangett..kapok deh pokoknyaa
Very bad delivery, far later than the promised date. I bought it May 15, 2021, and was promised to be delivered by the end of June. Then it was replaced in early July. Then it was rescheduled until August 28, 2021 (today). However, even now, the best denki can't be contacted at all, and there's no further confirmation.... it's too late..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buat yg suka belanja online, ga reccomended. Harganya jauh lebih mahal daripada online (lihat foto). Sepertinya cara jualannya bukan subsidi silang, tp lebih mahal semuanya.
Dan juga agar terlihat murah, harga barang normal dipatok sangat tinggi kemudian di diskon (lihat harga kulkas, di toko elektronik dekat rumah di malang, harga sama dengan tokopedia).
Mau beli blender aja beda harga sampe setengahnya, karena beban sewa di mall dan belanja gaji pegawai dibebankan di harga barang.
Tempat ini untuk yg suka cari barang dengan status ready dan ga masalah dengan faktor harga.
For those who like to shop online, it's not recommended. The price is much more expensive than online (see photo). It seems that way instead of cross-subsidization wares, tp more expensive everything is.
And also to make it look cheap, the price of normal goods is set very high then at a discount (see the price of a refrigerator, at an electronics store near a house in Malang, the price is the same as Tokopedia)
Just want to buy a blender, the price difference is half, because the burden of renting in the mall and spending on employee salaries are charged at the price of goods.
This place for lachrymose find goods with ready status and do not matter to the price factor.

Regretted buying the one i bought from them, because to be honest not what i wanted, but I really needed at that time. horrible services, didn't try to check their inventory or stocks properly.
