But I put a deposit for a mavic pro package a while ago, then I changed my mind, contacted Kevin and kindly asked for a refund and guess what...that was yesterday and today, my money is already transfered, no question asked, no handling charges or whatsoever. Great Service! Trusted, definately!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their staff is unprofessional and not knowledgeable enough about drones. One time I ordered 4 TB55 batteries (each of them were Rp7,000,000 ) and two of them were clearly USED. They told me "Oh, you can check how many times its been charged on the DJI app and it should be zero" but the batteries werent even inside a box! There were scratches on them as well. Eventually I took them back and had it replaced with new ones. When I took them back they pretended to act dumb and said "wow, how can it not be in a box?"... As an "AUTHORIZED" DJI distributor they shouldnt be selling used equipment. Also, theres more. We ordered a Z30 camera because they said it would be compatible with our Inspire 2. We bought it but when we tried it it wasnt compatible at all. And we couldnt even return it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ thanking to DJI Pusat at Ratu Plaza Mall, they realize that technology is not merely luxury but instead as necessity. This friendly and cooperative employee explained things very clear in a simple communicative and cooperative way, his way, transmitting sincerely what he knows and he sure knew what he was talking about, no more no less. According to an extreme test Youtube video content the device we bought passed a crash test. Bought a new set of proppellers just in case needed but the drone camera, its gimbal and its affected proppellers still work propperly, tested by the DJI Pusat honest employee mentioned above. Teknologi di era digital ini bukan lagi dipandang sebagai kemewahan melainkan sudah menjadi kebutuhan. DJI Pusat telah membuktikan pelayanan prima nya
