The food itself is typical of a javanese fried poultry joint, except that its famous bebek kepahiang use sumatran recipe of panginut.
Kepahiang means kluwek or panginut in Riau.
The fried poultry are duck, chicken, quail and pigeon.
They come with 4 types of sambal/chillies, MK - green - mango - matah.
For rice, there are fragrant rice/nasi uduk and the usual nasi putih.
Try the ropang teler? it goes well with kopi tubruk.
