★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security nya paling ramah, teller nya yg muda2 ramah dan cekatan. Nah, yang aneh. Ada pegawai nya ibu2 udah tua/paruh baya belagu banget. Songong, saya ngk tau jabatan nya dia apa. Saya salah satu nasabah BCA yg sering datang. Harus nya dia lebih tau. Aneh ya. Sementara kita nganterin duit sebagai nasabah untuk dia. Dan dia di gaji dari duit para nasabah. Tp sombong nya nauzubillah. Lebih baik karyawan/pegawai yg kiranya sudah uzur di pensiun kan. Sangat merusak pemandangan.Masa pelayanan kalah sama security. Memalukan.
 The security is the most friendly, the tellers who are young are friendly and nimble. Now, that's strange. There are employees whose mothers are old / middle-aged really unsure. Songong, I don't know what his position is. I am one of the BCA customers who often come. He should know better. It's weird. Meanwhile we send money as customers for him. And he is paid a salary from the customer's money. But arrogant, nauzubillah. It is better for employees / employees who are presumably old to retire right. Very eyesore. Service period lost to security. Embarrassing.

Dalam rangka PPKM BCA KCU ini sangat prima sekali memberikan pelayanan kepada pelanggan setia dan pengguna BCA. Semua pelayanam by sistem sehingga mengurangi resiko kesalahan.
