Good and friendly service. The queue is often a little, not too long to wait. There is a cup of coffee or tea to accompany when waiting in line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak menerima pelayanan western union.padahal di situ ada tulisan merima pelayanan westren union. Satpam mengatakan bahwa sistem rusak dan saya tanya sejak kapan dan sampai.kapan..jawabannya mereka tidak tau. Sangat mengecewakan karwna saya sdh jauh jauh ke may bank untuk melakukan transaksi westren union , yapo kenyataamya tidaknbisa diterima
Didn't accept western union services. even though there was an inscription accepting western union services. The security guard said that the system was broken and I asked when and when..the answer was they didn't know. It's very disappointing because I have gone all the way to May Bank to do a Western Union transaction, but in fact it can't be accepted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bintang 0 kalau bisa mah...saya mau kirim western union, sudah menunjukan ID ktp saya, dan karena ttd e-ktp saya menurut mereka kurang mirip sempat tidak mau diproses padahal sudah melakukan scan finger print saya dan sesuai dg id e-ktp saya, menyamakan passport saya dan semua buku tabungan lainnya, tapi tetap ngotot harus persis sama seperti e-ktp. Apa gunanya data e-ktp kalau cm dg penyamaan ttd saja verifikasinya, kan mundur ke jaman batu namanya.... lelah sm kebodohan ini! Dan tidak ada sih diantara mereka yang punya degree atau minimal sertifikasi deh to verified ttd.. Jd sebnrnya pendapat mereka juga ga valid goresan ttd saya mirip atau tidak.
Memang mindsetnya hobby saja mempersulit hal-hal yang bisa dibuat praktis. Innalilahi wa innalillahi rodjiun ya mba CS a.n Dinda dan 2 orang lainnya yang mempersulit hari saya saat itu tanpa alasan. Beyond kecewa dg pelayanannya. Tidak akan kesitu lagi.
0 stars if possible... I want to send western union, I've shown my ID card, and because my e-Ktp sign doesn't look the same, they don't want to be processed even though I scanned my finger print and it matches my e-Ktp ID , equate my passport and all other passbooks, but still insist that it must be exactly the same as the e-KTP. What's the use of e-KTP data if you only use the signature equation for verification, you're going back to the stone age.... Tired of this stupidity! And none of them have a degree or at least a certification to get verified signed.. So actually their opinion is also not valid, my signature is similar or not.
Indeed, the mindset is just a hobby that complicates things that can be made practical. Innalilahi wa innalillahi rodjiun ya mba CS a.n Dinda and 2 other people who made my day difficult at that time for no reason. Beyond was disappointed with the service. Won't be there again.
