★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini saya ke BCA KCP Wahid Hasyim untuk mengurus Money Gram, biasanya saya ke BCA KCP Kebon Sirih, tp Mba yg mengurus Money Gram kebetulan sedang WFH sampai selasa, jadi BCA KCP Kebon sirih menyarankan saya untuk ke BCA Wahid Hasyim atau sabang, tapi saya memilih BCA Wahid Hasyim, akhirnya ditlp oleh BCA Kebon Sirih, akhirnya BCA Kebon Sirih info ke saya kalau sampai jam 2 untuk proses Money Gram. jam 12.25 saya sampai BCA Wahid Hasyim, awal saya masuk disapa oleh security yg sangat ramah, pas masuk suasana sangat kosong hanya ada 2 wanita yg tugas dan sedang asyik mengobrol. Saya sama sekali tidak disapa, malah saya yg menyapa dahulu. Saya bilang keperluan saya, akhirnya saya disuruh tunggu, sekitar jam 12.50 saya menanyakan kenapa lama sekali, saya tetep disuruh tunggu. Jam 13.10 saya dipanggil dan diinfokan kalau jaringan sedang terganggu. Saya bener2 kecewa banget dengan pelayanan BCA Wahid Hasyim, dr awal saja sudah mengecewakan, ditambah petugas yg asyik ngobrol tanpa menyapa. Tolong ya untuk diperbaikin pelayanannya. Beda sekali dengan BCA Kebon Sirih yg super bagus untuk pelayannya
Today I went to BCA KCP Wahid Hasyim to take care of Money Gram, usually I went to BCA KCP Kebon Sirih, but Mba who handled Money Gram happened to be WFH until Tuesday, so BCA KCP Kebon Sirih advised me to go to BCA Wahid Hasyim or Sabang, but I choosing BCA Wahid Hasyim, finally being called by BCA Kebon Sirih, finally BCA Kebon Sirih will tell me if it arrives at 2 am for the Money Gram process. at 12.25 I arrived at BCA Wahid Hasyim, at the beginning I was greeted by a very friendly security, when I entered the atmosphere was very empty there were only 2 women who were on duty and were busy chatting. I was not greeted at all, instead I did first. I said what I needed, finally I was told to wait, around 12.50 I asked why it took so long, I was still told to wait. At 13:10 I was called and informed that the network was down. I am really disappointed with the service of BCA Wahid Hasyim, from the start it has been disappointing, plus the officers are busy chatting without saying anything. Please yes to improve the service. It is very different from BCA Kebon Sirih which is super good for its servants

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tersedia beberapa mesin ATM dan CDM. Area mesin ATM terpisah dari area pelayanan nasabah dengan pembatas ruang kaca. Ada dua entry memasuki gerai ATM. Satu pintu digunakan jika pelayanan nasabah sudah tutup. Suhu pendingin udara terasa dingin, jika dibandingkan dengan suhu diluar. Pada pintu masuk bersiaga petuga skeamanan yang menanyakan maksud dan tujuan kita ke kantor Bank BCA ini. dan dengan sigap akan memberikan arahan.
Several ATM and CDM machines are available. The ATM machine area is separate from the customer service area with a glass room divider. There are two entries entering the ATM outlet. One door is used if customer service is closed. The temperature of the air conditioner feels cold, when compared to the outside temperature. At the entrance of the security guard who asks our intentions and objectives to this BCA Bank office. and readily will give direction.

Pelayanannya super banget.
Mulai dari satpam yang memayungi nasabah biar ga kepanasan.
Kalo ke CS di sediain minuman teh dan snack padahal cuma nasabah biasa tapi di layani lebih.
Favorite BCA.
