Dan CS mba Wiwin kerjanya cepat, ramah dan ngga ngeburu2 saya ketika mbanking saya eror sampai ahirnya bisa dipakai kembali. Security juga sopan, all staff sopan even sedang ada serbuan BSU dgn antrian mengular, security inisiatif membuat jalur antrian non BSU dengan adil. Nasabah diperlakukan rata even saldo saya saldo receh. Beda bgt dgn BNI di BEJ
I went all the way from Bekasi to Agus Salim, because I saw a good service star at this branch. And Ms. Wiwin's CS is fast, friendly and doesn't rush me when I'm banking, I get an error until I can finally use it again. Security is also polite, all staff are polite even when there is an invasion of BSU with snaking queues, security initiatives to make non-BSU queue lines fairly. Customers are treated equally even if my balance is loose change. It's very different from BNI on the BEJ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Berlokasi di salah satu area sibuk Jakarta, kawasan kuliner yang ramai di malam hari. Bangunannya relatif kecil, sedikit sulit dilihat kecuali melintas dengan kecepatan pelan. Area parkir cukup terbatas, namun masih bisa muat beberapa mobil. Untuk fasilitas ATM buka 24 jam.
Located in one of the busy areas of Jakarta, the culinary area is bustling at night. The building is relatively small, a little difficult to see unless it passes at a slow speed. Parking area is quite limited, but can still fit a few cars. ATM facilities are open 24 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small branch located in business and tourism area. Actually quite hidden, not really easy to find if just pass by. Ground floor is for car and motorcycle but not high space between floor and top. Bank located in higher floor so can't be accessed by disabled ones. Over all is nice, clean and not crowded. Friendly staffs also with fast service.
