★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dengan himbauan penggantian kartu debit oleh bank indonesia, sekarang BCA sangat membantu banget dengan adanya CS digital dimana mempermudah nasabah hanya cukup dengan membawa ktp dan kartu debit yang lama. KCP ini sangat bagus bgt pelayananya.
SECURITY SIGAP , well product knowledge dan temperature suhu juga standby.
Dan security tidak memperbolehkan nasabah yg tidak mengunakan masker masuk. Saya melihat security menolak anak kecil masuk tanpa menggunakan masker. Tapi dengan penyampaian yg ramah tentunya?biar emak emak ga ngegas ya pak wkwk
CS nya pun ramah dan mau menghampiri nasabah dan menanyakan hal apa yg perlu dibantu. Sayang sekali senyum manis mas dan mba teller tidak terlihat karena semua staff memakai cadar masker ketat..Terima kasih buat mba sabilla ramah dan interaksi ke customer nyambung..
Untuk Lokasi Kantor KCP Roxy Mas ini terletak di belakang ITC Roxy Mas, alangkah baiknya masuk dari pintu belakang parkiran roxy mas dan lebih mudah menemukan cabang ini.

For the location of the KCP Roxy Mas office, which is located behind ITC Roxy Mas, it would be nice to enter from the back door of the Roxy Mas parking lot and it would be easier to find this branch.

+Pengalaman saya belum pernah dipungut biaya sepeserpun, pada saat pembukaan internet banking yang terblokir karena salah PIN. Sedangkan di salah satu Bank plat merah saya pernah berapa kali terblokir dan dipungut biaya.
