★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a joke. They call themselves as customer service but they are not customer service oriented. The manager took lunch for over 2hours. Dont expect your phone fixed well here. They only can wasting your time and money here. The worst customers service ever in Jakarta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I first came to the service center, one of the counter agents was so indifferent to providing service that it was shocking. Another staff person came to help and she was good and I appreciated her help.
Upon coming back, the place remained locked until 15 minutes past their posted opening time. And then when entering the center, there were three staff sitting at the counter while almost 15 people were waiting outside. Based on other reviews, the center needs to be reminded of the first word in their name: service. Otherwise, they honoured the service agreement for my Garmin product and that was appreciated.
