★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya baik, ramah dan cepat dalam melayani. Tersedia snack dan kopi di lt.2 (tempat teller), kalau di lt.1 tersedia sirup dingin. Jadi,sambil menunggu bisa sambil menikmati hidangan yang tersedia. Mantap!
The service is good, friendly and fast in serving. Snacks and coffee are available on the 2nd floor (teller's place), if on the 1st floor there is cold syrup. So, while waiting can while enjoying the available dishes. Great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saat setor tunai uang agak susah di detect mesin atm (padahal uang dari mesin atm bank sebelah/mandiri), lalu saya pun menanyakan kenapa mesin atm tidak bisa detect uang saya... Tetapi satpam tetap memaksa agar gantian memakai mesin tanpa kata "tolong"... Satpam yang tidak ada etika dan sopan santun seperti ini cocok dipecat saja... Overall jangan pernah setor tunai uang disini...
When depositing cash, the atm machine is a bit difficult to detect money (even though the money is from an independent bank atm machine), then I asked why the atm machine couldn't detect my money... But the security guard still insisted that I use the machine instead without the word "please" ... Security guards who have no ethics and manners like this are suitable to be fired... Overall, don't ever deposit cash here...

Teller banyak yg buka, tp yg aktif cuma 2. Antrian mengular sampai kedepan.
Cuma buat setor ke teller bisa sampai 70 menitan. Good job !!!

Many tellers are open, but only 2. The queue is snaking to the front.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time buka rek BCA kebetulan KCPnya di sini. Saya buka rek online, ke sini untuk ambil kartu saja. Jadi ini pertama kali merasakan standar service satpam BCA, they indeed are nice and friendly. Disambut dan langsung ditanya keperluannya apa. Tentunya dg cek suhu dulu. Di dalem, untuk ambil kartu ternyata ada mesinnya, tp sayang sama saya gak berfungsi. Akhirnya antrian ke CS. Di antrian CS ya pelayanannya bagus juga.

Yang mau saya point out ada mba2 CS yg custnya lansia. Mbaknya sabar ngomong dengan suara keras untuk menjelaskan ini itu prosedur buka rekening. Walaupun tentunya jadi antrian, tapi ya sangat bisa dipahami. Good job Mba CS di No 4 ???
The first time I opened a BCA account, the KCP happened to be here. I opened an online account, just came here to get a card. So this is my first time experiencing the standard of BCA security services, they are indeed nice and friendly. Greeted and immediately asked what he needed. Of course, check the temperature first. Inside, there was a machine to take the card, but unfortunately it didn't work for me. Finally queue to CS. In the CS queue, the service is good too.

What I want to point out is that there are CS ladies whose customers are elderly. Ms.nya patiently spoke in a loud voice to explain this is the procedure for opening an account. Although of course there will be a queue, but yes, it is very understandable. Good job Mba CS at No 4 ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in Central Jakarta, Rawasari is close to everywhere. Just make sure that when you need to create an account, the system is not under maintenance. I just experienced it, but they actually refer us to the nearest bank and the staff would definitely help you to contact the bank.
