★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya setor di mesin star pecahan 5rb 10rb sama 20rb tidak boleh di masukin padahal di bca lain mau pecahan 2 rb jg boleh di masukin .. untuk teller nya lumayan ramah .. mungkin kedepannya agak sedikit di perkecil lagi aturan untuk setor di mesin star ..
 I deposited a 5rb star machine in the same 10rb for 20rb, it can't be entered even though in another BCA wants 2 rb fractions, I can enter it ... for the teller, it's quite friendly .. maybe in the future a little bit smaller the rules for depositing in the star machine ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kurang nyaman dengan adanya tukang parkir yg kurang atitud membuat Citra BCA menjadi jelek dgn adanya oknum parkir liar... Semoga kedepannya di benahi kembali dengan adanya'tukang parkir yg ga ada sopan santun nya terhadap nasabah....
Not comfortable with parking attendants who lack attitude makes BCA Citra ugly with illegal parking... Hopefully in the future it will be fixed again with parking attendants who have no manners towards customers....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama, saya ingin mereview akses menuju Kantor BCA Kapuk ini sangat mudah ditemukan karena berada di pinggiran jalan. Jika dari arah tol berada di sisi Kiri, jika dari arah PIK berada disisi kanan.
Tapi ada satu hal yang harus diperhatikan calon nasabah atau nasabah BCA ketika datang ke kantor ini. Lokasi kantor ini berada tepat dibelokan dan sering motor /mobil lalu lalang dalam kecepatan tinggi. Jadi ketika mau belok ke kantor BCA harus bener2 aman.
Kedua, fasilitas parkir motor yang sudah luas sehingga nasabah tidak perlu takut ga dapat parkir.
Kemudian, ketika masuk ke dalam kantor, Sang Security dengan ramah langsung menyapa kita dan menanyakan kebetuhan kita apa sehingga bisa diarahin. Ini kredit tersendiri untuk bidang pelayanan dibandingkan pelayanan bank lain.
Dispenser ATM pun banyak, kalo tidak salah berjumlah 6 buah dan semuanya sangat membantu nasabah karena bisa setor tunai. Jadi tidak perlu ngantri panjang buat ke ATM, setor uang maupun transfer dan narik duit.
Nah bagi anda yang bawa anak, ga perlu cemas anak anda akan Bete / boring ketika diajak ke kantor BCA ini. Kenapa? Karena sekarang manajemen BCA sudah berikan fasilitas chids Corner untuk balita kita duduk mewarnai atau menggambar. Keren kan, sambil menunggu antrian, sambil mewarnai bersama anak.
Pelayanan lebih yang diberikan oleh BCA Kapuk yakni disediakan dispenser air panas, air biasa, kopi, teh dan gula. Jadi nasabah yang jenuh ngantri bisa ngantri sambil ngopi atau ngeteh.
Nah mungkin yang perlu ditingkatkan lagi adalah jumlah CS yang melayani nasabah di Lt. 1. Karena sering kali dipantau radar, banyak antrian dan nasabah bete karena hanya dilayani 2 orang CS. Seharusnya, 3 - 4 orang. Just suggest ya.. ??

Then, when entering the office, the Security graciously greets us immediately and asks what needs we have so that we can be directed. This is a separate credit for the service sector compared to other bank services.
There are also many ATM dispensers, if I'm not mistaken, there are 6 of them, and all of them are very helpful for customers because they can deposit cash. So there is no need to wait long to go to an ATM, deposit money or transfer and withdraw money.
Now for those of you who bring children, don't worry your child will be bored / boring when invited to this BCA office. Why? Because now BCA management has provided Chids Corner facilities for our toddlers to sit in coloring or drawing. Cool right, while waiting for the queue, while coloring with children.
The more services provided by BCA Kapuk are provided hot water dispenser, plain water, coffee, tea and sugar. So customers who are bored queue can queue while drinking coffee.
Now maybe what needs to be increased is the number of CS serving customers in the first floor. 1. Because radar is often monitored, many queues and customers are frustrated because they are only served by 2 CS people. Supposedly, 3-4 people. Just suggest yes .. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ngambil duit mlm2 jam 10 gada 1 menit pas keluar udh dipepet kang parkir minta duit, makasih juga enggak. 2 rebu ga seberapa tp klo lg gada cash kecil/gda duit ribet bgt gt usaha, pdhl udh megang gepokan gocap bnyk masih jaga aja sampe malem.
Picking up money at 10 pm and 1 minute when I got out, the parking guy asked for money, thank you too. 2 thousand is not much, but if you don't have small cash / no money, it's very complicated to do business, even though you already have a lot of gocaps, you still have to watch it until the evening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ parah tukang parkirnya, udah gak sopan kayak mepet2 ke kitanya, dikasih 2rb mintanya ngotot 5rb pula buat 10 menit !! auto males bgt ke cabang bca ini. tukang parkir ga tau diri. tolong bca diurus itu tukang parkir liar biar tau tata tertib bayar parkir bank itu brp!
