★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mulai dari security sampai teller pelayanannya buruk sekali, security menggunakan intonasi bicara yang tidak ramah sama sekali cenderung membentak, buka rekening baru ditolak hanya karena no kantor saya tidak angkat saat di hubungi, setelah saya cari info melalui bni call center ternyata tidak ada syarat untuk untuk minta no tlpn kantor hanya perlu e ktp

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gimana sih tellernya, bilang ATM bebas blokir setelah sehari setelah pengurusan. Udah dua hari setelah di cek kok masih di blokir. Masa ngurus yg ginian harus ke pusat.
What about the teller, saying that the ATM is block-free after a day after processing it. It's been two days after being checked how come it's still blocked. The time to take care of this must go to the center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Urus pencairan BSU di cabang ini malah tidak diberikan kartu ATM karena alasan stok kosong, dan tidak diberitahukan juga kapan bisa ready kartu ATM nya. Dan selalu tidak diangkat telp nya padahal nyambung! ?
In handling the BSU disbursement at this branch, an ATM card was not even given due to the reason that the stock was empty, and they were not told when the ATM card would be ready. And the phone always doesn't pick up even though it's connected! ️
