★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mungkin CSnya lagi bad day? ? Bapak S*ry*d* yang angkat telepon, bicara terlalu cepat, tdk mendengarkan pertanyaan dgn baik. tidak friendly sama sekali, bahkan tidak mengucapkan terima kasih atau kalimat penutup ditelepon, sewajarnya bank sekelas BCA
padahal BCA disini sering saya kunjungi, bahkan bapak cleaning service & securitynya pun selalu ramah dengan semua pengunjung, meski hanya ke ATM, dan selalu mengucapkan salam saat pengunjung masuk & keluar.
Semoga lebih baik ke depannya ?
 maybe the CS is bad day? ? Mr S * ry * d * who picks up the phone, talks too fast, doesn't listen to questions well. not friendly at all, not even saying thank you or a closing sentence on the phone, it is normal for a bank like BCA
Even though I frequently visit BCA here, even the cleaning service & security gentlemen are always friendly with all visitors, even if only to the ATM, and always say hello when visitors enter & leave.
Hopefully it will be better in the future ?

Tolong pimpinan beri pelatihan untuk karyawan2 anda. Kalau perlu rombak semua.

Long CS queue, it took 1.5 hours to queue, standard CS service, quite good and helpful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOW saking luar biasanya baru kali ini dilayani CS Bank laki-laki yang bad attitude. Padahal security nya sopan ramah tau tata krama dan murah senyum. Selama ini saya selalu dilayani CS BANK laki-laki rata-rata itu humble apalagi BCA di kampung saya di Gresik dapat best service reward karena pegawainya profesional, semua diprioritaskan tidak pandang buluh. Mau miskin ataupun kaya pelayanan bank BCA di Gresik memang terbaik. Tapi yg disini sangat² mengecewakan sekali CS nya
WOW was so amazing this was the first time a male CS Bank received a bad attitude. Even though the security is polite, friendly, knows manners and smiles. So far, I have always been served by a male CS BANK, the average male is humble, especially when BCA in my village in Gresik got the best service reward because the employees are professional, everything is prioritized, regardless of reeds. Whether poor or rich, BCA bank services in Gresik are indeed the best. But the one here is very disappointing the CS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lagi butuh buru" padahal cuma mau ngeprint aja, kecuali pintu udah di tutup semua baru di bilang gak bisa, ini baru tutup sepatu, di tambah pelayan bca masih banyak di dalam ruang kerja, di bilang udah tutup, padahal lagi layanan konsumen bca, buat satpam jangan sok jago, gua mau masuk gak boleh....
I need to hurry" even though I just want to print, except the door has been closed, everything just says it can't, this is just closing the shoes, plus there are still many BCA waiters in the work room, they say it's closed, even though BCA customer service, make security guard don't pretend to be good, I can't go in....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru kali ini ketemu satpam BCA ga ramah. Malah cenderung nyolot soal salah pin. Nama nya lupa ya ga inget. Untung customer service nya bisa sabar dan ramah
This is the first time I've met an unfriendly BCA security guard. In fact, it tends to stick with the wrong pin. I forgot the name, I don't remember. Luckily the customer service can be patient and friendly
