★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya datang dari jam 10 pagi. Minta tolong sama securitynya untuk ambil no antrian. (Krn saya tau ini dalam keadaan pandemi covid 19. Jadi dibatasin untuk pada masuk bebas) tidak terlalu dilayanin securitynya bilang "sebentar" tapi hampir setengah jam nunggu gadikasih juga. Pas ditegur lagi baru dikasih no antriannya.
Lalu cs juga kerjanya lambat 1 nasabah bisa sampai 2 jam setengah. Sedangkan antrian banyak diluar.
Sampai jam 2 siang saya belum juga dipanggil untuk antriannya.
Mohon agar BNI bisa memperbaiki sistem kerjanya.

I came from 10 am. Ask for help with the security to take queue no. (Because I know this is in a pandemic state of Covid 19. So it is limited to free entry) the security does not really care for it saying "just a moment" but almost half an hour waiting for the girl. When I was reprimanded again, I was given the queue number.
Then CS also works slowly 1 customer can take up to 2 hours and a half. Meanwhile, many queues outside.
Until 2 pm I had not yet been called to the queue.
We ask that BNI can improve its work system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selalu ramai, apalagi saat pandemic banyak yang tutup cabang BNI nya.., terjadi penumpukan nasabah di customer service. Senang berada disini petugasnya ramah2 dan cepat pelayanannya.. Semoga makin maju BNI ???
It's always crowded, especially during a pandemic, many BNI branches have closed ..., there has been a build-up of customers in customer service. It's nice to be here, the staff are friendly and the service is fast .. Hopefully BNI will progress more ???
