Udah ngantri lama dari jam 7.. sampe siang..masalah gak selesaai..atm gak bisa di pake..giliran tanya kenapa ini suruh dateng besokanya lagi..kacaauuuu..kacauu..sangat buruk. BURUK

The time for the cs section for card replacement at 10 o'clock is already closed. Have to come again at 7 o'clock in the morning. so it's a hassle to have to go back and forth. far away
