Pelayanan unit bank terburuk yg pernah saya datangi,,udah dapat nomor antrian karena banyak banget yg antri jadi pulang dulu, setelah balik lagi kesitu satpam dan customer servis ya bilang sistem lagi eror,,klo ada bintang 0 pasti udah aku kasih bintang 0 nie ulasan,,
The worst bank unit service I have ever visited ,, I got a queue number because there were so many queuing up so go home first, after returning there the security guard and customer service said the system was again error, if there was a 0 star I would have given a 0 star review. ,,

Pagi-pagi saya ke bank BRI losari cirebon,cuman ganti kartu baru aja ko susah banget..ada mesin rusak,antrian habis,di suruh satpam nya malah besok lagi,cape.....padahal saya brekali-kali datang pagi-pagi,tolong lah di permudah pelayananya pa?terima kasih..

Sungguh kecewa pelayananya..datang pagi-pagi di tolak,antrian sudah habis...mau ngambil antrian jam berapa lg pa satpam?....apa jangan-jangan antrianya di kuhsuskan,kami nasabah bukan ngambil bantuan pa satpam?....ganti bank lain aja kaya gini ...terima kasih.
Really disappointed with the service.. coming early in the morning was rejected, the queue was over... what time do you want to take the queue at the security guard?... is it possible that the queue is special, we customers don't take help from the security guard?... Just change to another bank like this ... thank you.

Jeleeeeeeeeek sekali. Tempat sempit, mesin rusak, pelayanan produk bank tidak didahulukan sama penerima bantuan. Sudah ada ribuan teras gak ada gunanya karena produk bank tetap harus ke unit

Tutup ajalah. Ngatur antrian gak bisa, pelayanan gak dipisah antara penerima bantuan sama pelayanan produk bank. Udah tempat sempit, ngatur antrian gak bisa, tahu sendiri manusia kalau udah urusan pribadi pada gak waras nyerobotnya.

Kecewa bngtt sama bank BRI losari, datang jam 6 aja salah ga dapet antrian, giliran yg baru datang pda dapet. Tolong satpam cara pembagian kartu antriannya diperbaiki! Bukannya kita juga harus mematuhi protokol kesehatan?

Aneh padhl mau benerin atam aja harus datang pgi, pdhl datang Jam 10 siang trs malah suruh pulung. suruh antri Jam 8 pgi,udah ky mau antri bpum
