★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau buka rekening baru yg ke 2 di persulit di suruh update data ke cabang bca pembukaan rekening pertama,padahal jarak nya jauh beda daerah.kecewa karena sama sekali tidak bisa membantu update data langsung di sini.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pas baru pertama datang kesitu security nya udah gak ramah, cara penyampaiannya udah kayak orang ngebentak...tanpa pikir panjang langsung gue cabut aja dari disitu cari KCP cabang BCA lain aja yg lebih ramah
When I first came there the security was not friendly, the way the delivery was like a snapping person ... without thinking I just pulled it out from there looking for another BCA branch KCP which was more friendly

Jauh2 dari Citayam buat cetak Card BCA yg bikinnya via Online, saat bikin sengaja yg TAHAPAN bukan Xpresi, pas ngambil seharusnya Bawa pulang Card + Buku tabungan ini malah di kasih Cardnya aja.
saat saya mau ngambil buku tabungan ke atas ehh malah di Arahin di suruh keluar sama orang yg ngarahin cetak Card di mesin.
Kata itu orang bilang : " Buku mah ga penting mas, yg penting Kartunya aja udh bisa digunain ".
saya juga tau buku ga terlalu penting, cumanya kan saya buku juga BAYAR 50rb , dan penting saat diperlukan...seharusnya tuh sesuai SOP dong mau apapun alesannya itu Hak Konsumen.
Engga engga lagi dah kesana.

It's far from Citayam when it comes to printing BCA Cards that make it online, when you intentionally make the TAHAPAN card instead of Xpresi, when you pick it up, you should take the Card + Savings book home, instead you just give the card.
When I wanted to take the passbook up, I was instructed to go out to the person who directed the card to print on the machine.
People said that: "The book is not important, bro, the important thing is the card can be used".
I also know that books are not too important, basically I also PAY 50 thousand books, and they are important when needed ... it should be according to the SOP, whatever the reason is Consumer Rights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terakhir ke sini, MasyaAllah solutif bgt. Ganti kartu atm yg chip cuma hitungan menit karena tidak perlu ke CS, hanya perlu ke mesin ganti atm. Staff bank pun ramah.
Last time I came here, MasyaAllah, it was a great solution. Changing an ATM card with a chip will only take a matter of minutes because you don't need to go to CS, you just need to go to an atm change machine. The bank staff is also friendly.

Yeah, it got good parking lot and everything but hey, it's way to long for a break.
I don't know but why people gave it good rating but negative reviews. So you better read the reviews than stars.
