Security bank nya ngomong jutek bgt, org nanya karena lama gk pernah ke bank, malah ngegas begitu, semoga atasannya liat dan negur dia. Kalaupun lg rame jg gk begitu. Dulu pernah ke cabang ini jg, tapi gk gini pelayanan nya

Menurutku sistemnya terlalu manual dan bikin pelayanan di CS perorangnya jadi lama sekali. Hari ini (14 Juli 2021) kesana dan ambil nomor antrian jam 7.15 sudah dapat nomor antrian terakhir (dibatasi 30 nomor karena ppkm). Baru bisa dilayani jam 16.00. tujuannya hanya utk aktivasi mtoken karena proses yg lain sudah Sy kerjakan online, eh ternyata tetep harus isi form, fotokopi, foto, dll dan data itu diinput lagi oleh CS ke sistemnya. Akhirnya utk aktivasi yg harusnya tinggal klik saja jadinya sampai 20 menit. Ya Allah, tolong dibenahi ya BRI. Datang ceria, pulang stress klo begini
In my opinion, the system is too manual and it takes too long for individual CS services. Today (14 July 2021) go there and take the queue number at 7.15 already got the last queue number (limited to 30 numbers due to PPKM). Can only be served at 16.00. the purpose is only for mtoken activation because I have done other processes online, but apparently I still have to fill out forms, photocopies, photos, etc. and the data is inputted again by CS into the system. Finally, for activation, which should be just a click, it takes up to 20 minutes. Oh Allah, please fix it, BRI. Come cheerful, go home stressed like this

SAYA SANGAT KECEWA DENGAN PELAYANAN DI BRI KANTOR CABANG CIBINONG! saya anjukan internet banking SEJAK 2020 kenapa tidak pernh dapat sms m token! Pantesan saya ga bisa buat brimo. Jawaban mereka. "Mungkin belum tuntas saat pendaftran" KALAU EMANG BELUM TUNTAS KENAPA SAYA SAAT ITU DISRH PULANG!! Gak bertanggung jwb, pekerjaan tidak beres

Alhamdulillah .. hari ini senin 14 maret 2022 .. Ke bank cabang BRI, segala urusan udh kelar .. Masya allah bapak security baik dan ramah .. apalagi bagian CS terutama bagian mba Mira tadi .. sabar bgt bantuin aku cara bikin Mbanking .. ya walaupun antriannya lama bgt .. ya maklum aja lah, mungkin ngurusin data kitaΒ² juga ga mudah dan perlu waktu .. Alhamdulillah, matur suwun nggeh

Bri bapuk pelayanan kayak keong Ngurus kartu ilang aja dari jam 9 pagi sampe jam 2 siang gak selesai, cs nya tambahin dong, pelit amat nambah karyawan demi konsumen Emang waktu seharian buat ngurus kartu doang Orang datang belakangan malah masuk duluan mentang2 pake seragam diduluin Kentut lah

Dapet No antrian A 034 Antri dari jam 07.00 sampe jam 10.00 baru sampe No A016 (3 jam) … kenapa bisa sampai lama? Hanya Tuhan dan CS nya yg tau , khusnudzon aja barangkali banyak kendala apa gimana ga tau, semoga ada perbaikan dari BRI nya..
