Waktu saya membeli baju disini dan menanyakan dimana saya bisa coba baju ini, petugas meminta saya untuk dilapis saja dengan baju yang saya pakai. Saya lihat sekeliling juga tidak kelihatan ada kamar pas. Karena dilapis dan saya merasa ukuran yang saya pakai kekecilan, saya membeli dengan ukuran yang lebih besar. Saya mengerti petugas sudah menjelaskan bahwa brg tidak bisa ditukar. Sampai rumah saya coba ternyata agak kebesaran. 2 hari kemudian saya kembali untuk menukar ukuran saja, bukan model bajunya, dengan price tag dan nota yang masih ada (walaupun sudah dilepas dari baju), tetap petugas tidak ijinkan. Toko ini tidak ada kebijakan untuk menukar baju yang kondisinya masih bagus. Hanya baju dengan kondisi yang cacat yang diijinkan untuk ditukar dalam waktu 7 hari. Padahal baju yg saya beli bukan baju promo yg di diskon. Saya kecewa dengan kebijakan yang diambil Batik Keris dan tidak akan lagi membeli batik di store Batik Keris manapun. Terima kasih.
Be careful buying things here, make sure the clothes can be tried on in the right room. When I bought clothes here and asked where I could try these clothes, the clerk asked me to just cover them with the clothes I was wearing. I looked around also there was no fitting room. Because it was coated and I felt that the size I was wearing was too small, I bought a bigger size. I understand the clerk has explained that brg cannot be exchanged. Until the house I tried it turned out to be a bit too big. 2 days later I returned to change the size, not the model, with the price tag and the note that was still there (even though it had been removed from the shirt), the officer didn't allow it. This shop does not have a policy to change clothes that are still in good condition. Only clothes with a defective condition are permitted to be exchanged within 7 days. Even though the clothes I bought were not the discounted promo clothes. I am disappointed with the policy taken by Batik Keris and will no longer buy batik at any Batik Keris store. Thank you.
