★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice. petugasnya ramah dan baik. cuma ya gitu di beberapa unit masih naruh sendal di luar bahkan bertumpuk2 tapi ga ditegur petugas.
unit yang menghadap ke arah jalan basuki rahmat lumayan adem tapi agak banyak debu sih. tukang makanan banyakkkk di mall. tarif laundry kiloman mahal. minimarket (pojok halal) harganya diatas rata rata dan kurang lengkap barangnya

the unit facing the Basuki rahmat street is quite cool but a bit dusty. There are a lot of food vendors at the mall. kiloman laundry rates are expensive. minimarket (halal corner) the price is above average and the goods are incomplete

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tower Dahlia berada di tengah-tengah keseluruhan apartment sehingga untuk menuju ke sport centre, mall dan jalan raya cukup dekat. Di tower ini juga lebih banyak family sehingga cukup ramah untuk anak-anak
Dahlia Tower is in the middle of the whole apartment so to get to the sport center, mall and the highway is close enough. In this tower there are also more families so it is quite friendly for children
