★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gw kesel... User ID internet banking gw ga masuk2. Ternyata cso nya salah nulis email gw. Lain Kali kalo email itu ditulis nasabah sendiri deh. Jangan cuma disebutin trus cso nya ga nanya2 Lagi bener apa enggak. Alhasil ribet harus balik Lagi kesana
 I'm annoyed... My internet banking user ID is not logged in. Turns out the cso wrote my email wrong. Next time, the email is written by the customer himself. Don't just mention it and then the cso won't ask again whether it's true or not. As a result it's complicated to have to go back there again

Tempatnya kecil.. gak luas..
Parkir berbayar..
Security n cleaning service ramah..
Cust. Service dan teller lumayan padat antriannya..

Kalo cuma ke atm aja mending naro motor d depan (walaupun resiko tinggi) tapi klo mau masuk area parkir ya berbayar..

Cust. The service and tellers are quite congested.
Cool..
If you just go to the atmosphere, it's better to ride the motorbike in front (even though it is a high risk) but if you want to enter the parking area, it's paid ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di masa pandemi seperti sekarang ini, waktu minimal untuk sampai ke teller mencapai 2,5 jam. Dengan sejam harus menunggu di luar dgn sisa nya menunggu di dalam. Tidak disarankan kesini. Saya pernah ke BCA di tempat lain paling lama setengah jam. Hargai waktu anda sendiri.
Mungkin untuk kenyamanan bersama alangkah lebih baik jika ada counter tambahan.
During a pandemic like today, the minimum time to get to the teller is 2.5 hours. With an hour to wait outside with the rest waiting inside. Not recommended here. I have been to BCA elsewhere for at most half an hour. Value your own time.
Maybe for mutual comfort it would be better if there was an additional counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Males banget kalo mau ke bank/atm tapi parkirnya berbayar. Ada 3 loket cso, cukup lah....
It's really lazy to go to the bank / ATM but the parking is paid. There are 3 CSO counters, enough is enough ....
