★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat ramah dan helpful. Tapi terkadang saat musim pendaftaran mahasiswa baru atau musim pembayaran SPP, antrian bisa sampai 20-30 menit. Sebaiknya datang lebih awal jika tidak ingin mengantri.
Menerima transaksi apa saja seperti pada cabang BSM lainnya. Mungkin ke depannya kursi antrian depan teller bisa diganti dengan yang lebih nyaman.
Very friendly and helpful service. But sometimes during the new student registration season or SPP payment season, the queue can be up to 20-30 minutes. It's better to arrive early if you don't want to queue.
Accept any transaction as in other BSM branches. Maybe in the future the front seat of the teller can be replaced with a more comfortable one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lama bgt pelayanannya, parah. Bahkan tadi sampe nunggu satu setengah jam. Tempat terparah masalah antrean. Selain itu gak dikasih nomor antre pulak, jadi kadang diserobot.
