Pelayanan!!!!! Tidak Maksimal tolong pihak terkait memberikan perbaikan demi kenyamanan dan kepuasan nasabah .waktu menunggu anterian terlalu lama serta tempat tidak bisa menampung jumlah pengunjung.

Antrian terlalu riweh. Sudah antri lama tetapi banyak yg menimbun antrian. Tolong yaa gimna maksudnya...

Nyaman ,namun sering terjadi antrian panjang mungkin karena kurangnya tenaga cs atau teller

Sekarang sdh ditambah ATM setor lumayan banyak kemajuan, utk mengurangi antrian yg biasanya padat, dan kita bs setor walau bukan jam kerja (kalo tdk error?) Service CS & teller akan lebih baik kalo ditingkatkn, CS lebih menarik jika dlm menghadapi customer dg tersenyum walaupun hanya di awal dan akhir saja. Utk teller, pengalaman di BRI Gamp*** jika ambil atau setor tabungan cukup menuliskn nominal dan buku tabungan, teller yg mencetak nama di struk krn sdh online. Ini lbh mempermudah customer bertransaksi. Ruang antrian kurang luas. Kalo di luar ditambah kursi, lebih baik.. Satu lg pesen utk BRI.., jangan sering² error ya.. Biar tetep setia dan sayang....

CS & teller service will be better if it is improved, CS is more interesting if you face customers with a smile, even if only at the beginning and end. For tellers, experience at BRI Gamp*** if you take or deposit savings, you only need to write down the nominal and the passbook, the teller prints the name on the receipt because it's online. This makes it easier for customers to transact. Queue space is less spacious. If you add a chair outside, it's better.. One more message for BRI.., don't make mistakes too often.. Let's stay loyal and love....

Pelayanan cs tidak sigap dan termasuk lama, 1stngah jam melayani 2nasabah ???
The cs service is not fast and takes a long time, 1 hour and a half serving 2 customers

CS ada 2. Yang satu g ikut nglayani. Antri dr 35 ke 40 aja sejam lebih. Semoga jd bahan evaluasi.
