Untuk saat ini sedang sangat ramai karena kepengurusan migrasi bagi nasabah. Sekoga ke depan, makin bajyak kantor cabangnya agar lebih mudah dalam pelayanannya

Pelayanannya pun terbilang cepat, bila sedang tidak ramai.
Gedungnya rapih, bersih, nyaman.
Untuk pelayanan cs dan security ada di lantai dasar, untuk penyetoran dll bisa naik ke lantai atasnya. Jgn lupa ambil nomer antrian dulu ya.
Di lantai dasar jg tersedia mesin ATM bank BNI syariah, jadi customer bisa langsung cek pakai ATM nya. Pintu masuk ATM berbeda dengan pintu masuk bank tapi bersebelahan.
(Satu gedung, tetapi beda ruang).
Sepintas bangunan agak sukar terlihat bila dari arah timur, karena posisi bangunan berada di sudut dan arah bundaran 1 jalur.
Pohon-pohon pun rindang, membuat suasana semakin sejuk, namun membuat bangunan gedung tidak terlihat.
Di sebelah Bank BNI syariah ini terdapat pula bank syariah lain yg gedungnya berwarna hijau.
The staff are friendly, always working with smiles and greetings.
The service was fairly fast, if it wasn't crowded.
The building is neat, clean, comfortable.
For cs and security services on the ground floor, depositing etc can go up to the top floor. Don't forget to take the queue number first.
On the ground floor there is also an BNI Islamic bank ATM machine, so customers can immediately check using the ATM. The ATM entrance is different from the bank entrance but next to it.
(One building, but different spaces).
At first glance the building is rather difficult to see if from the east, because the position of the building is in the corner and direction of the 1 lane roundabout.
The trees were shady, making the atmosphere even cooler, but making the building invisible.
Next to BNI Syariah Bank there are also other Islamic banks whose buildings are green.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kemarin kesini jam 1.30 an lebih, sempet was was kl sudah tdk dilayani, alhamdulillah masih dpt antrian CS. Satpamnya lupa lihat namanya, tapi masya allah ramah sekali... CS, teller nya juga, pelayanan nya baik, padahal saya cuma mau buka rekening 100ribu aja disambut dgn baik. Terharu saya, terimakasih BSI
Yesterday I came here at 1.30 am, I was worried that it was no longer served, thank God I still got a CS queue. The security guard forgot to see his name, but masya allah very friendly... CS, the teller too, the service is good, even though I only want to open a 100 thousand account, it's well received. I'm touched, thank you BSI

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah datang baik baik CS NYA JUDES. AKTIVASI ULANG BSI MOBILE SAMPE HABIS PULSA 80RB TLPN KE CS NYA BERKALI KALI TETEP GAGAL. JAWABABANYA NOMER TDK TERDAFTAR. TERBURUK SIH LAYANANNYA.
It's arrived well, ITS JUDES CS. BSI MOBILE REACTIVATION UNTIL 80RB PULSE OUT OF CALL TO CS TIMES TIMES, IT STILL FAILS. THE ANSWER NUMBER IS NOT REGISTERED. THE WORST SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sekarang jadi Bank Syariah Indonesia, meskipun tetap BNI Syariah. Pelayanan ramah, ketika ke sini Customer Service hanya ada 1 jadi agak lama antrinya, sekitar 20 - 30 menit. Untuk pelayanan teller ada di lantai 2.
Sudah menerapkan protokol pencegahan SARS-COV-2 (Covid-19) dengan mencuci tangan sebelum masuk ke bank.
Now it is Bank Syariah Indonesia, although it is still BNI Syariah. Friendly service, when you come here there is only 1 Customer Service so the line is a bit long, about 20-30 minutes. The teller service is on the 2nd floor.
Already implemented the SARS-COV-2 (Covid-19) prevention protocol by washing hands before entering the bank.
