★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harus sabar dan tahan mental dengan pelayanannya. Bapaknya kalau ngomong nada tinggi dan seperti orang marah-marah. Saya sebagai orang awam yang datang bertanya ketentuan dan alur meminta verifikasi yaaa... jadi agak sedih sih. Berasa dibentak-bentak, padahal emang ngga tahu. Seolah saya orang paling bodoh.
Ya mohon maaf saja, tapi tugasnya PNS kan dibayar untuk melayani masyarakat. Ini masyarakat HANYA MEMINTA INFORMASI LOH. Kok tegaaaaa kayak begitu.
