Sebagai nasabah BSI saya kecewa karen no TLP yang tertera tidak bisa dihubungi.

Semasa pandemi, buka jam 8.30, bapak satpamnya ramah dan proaktif. Ruang parkir tidak terlalu luas, kursi ruang tunggu di dalam juga tidak terlalu banyak. Disampingnya ada ATM BSI dan Indomaret.

Di Aceh saat ini (agak) memaksa warganya untuk menggunakan BSI, jadi saya cuma punya rekening BSI. Sialnya, kartu ATM saya terblokir karena ada kesalahan di sistem ketika saya mencoba mengambil uang di ATM BNI di ATM Center UNPAD. Untung di Jatinangor ada ATM BSI, dan BSI memungkinkan transaksi tarik tunai tanpa kartu. Jadi saya masih bisa mengambil uang. Kalau tidak, saya pasti bingung.
In Aceh currently (somewhat) forcing its citizens to use BSI, so I only have a BSI account. Unfortunately, my ATM card was blocked because there was an error in the system when I tried to withdraw money from a BNI ATM at the UNPAD ATM Center. Fortunately, Jatinangor has a BSI ATM, and BSI allows card-less cash withdrawals. So I can still take the money. Otherwise, I would be confused.

Sudah setahun sya jd nasabah BSI, baru kali ini kecewa dgn pelayanan. Hanya krn 'kenal dengan si pelanggan', kemudian CS melayani 'si pelanggan' kenalan ny itu tanpa menghiraukan antrian. 2 orang ini menyerobot antrian sya yg sudah sedari td menunggu. dia tdk pakai nomor antrian langsung duduk mentang-mentang 'kenal' dengan CS ny, dan si CS ny pun melayani tanpa menanyakan nomor antrian. Alhasil SATU jam saya menunggu 2 ibu itu sampai janji sy dengan orang lain gagal sebab mreka, padahal kprluan sya pun hanya utk ganti buku, tak sampai 10 menit pun sdh selesai. Rating pelayanan pun sya turunkan yg mnurut sya ini tidak bisa dimaklumi. Mohon diperbaiki lagi pelayanan dan Muasyaroh nya.
I've been a BSI customer for a year, this is the first time I'm disappointed with the service. Only because 'knowing the customer', then CS serves the 'customer' that ny acquaintance without paying attention to the queue. These 2 people grabbed my queue, which had been waiting for a long time. he doesn't use a queue number, he just sits down and 'knows' his CS, and the CS also serves without asking for the queue number. As a result, I waited ONE hour for the 2 mothers until my promises with other people failed because of them, even though I only needed to change books, it took less than 10 minutes to finish. I also lowered the service rating, which in my opinion is not understandable. Please improve the service and the Musyaroh.

Migrasi dari BNIS k BSI tapi malah dikasih tabungan BSM pake sticker BSI. Kartu debit gak diganti. Mobile banking tetep gabisa dipake cs nya terkesan menyalahkan dan gak mau tahu. Pelayanan kurang ramah, udah nunggu sejam mau buka tabungan berencana eh malah gabisa. Harusnya kan persyaratan itu bisa dicek sejak awal biar nasabah gak nunggu. Antrian gak rapi, nasabah dibiarin berdiri panas2an.
Migration from BNIS to BSI but instead was given BSM savings using a BSI sticker. Debit card is not replaced. Mobile banking still can't be used, the cs seem to blame and don't want to know. The service is not friendly, I've been waiting for an hour to open a savings plan, but I can't. The requirements should have been checked from the start so customers don't have to wait. The queue is not neat, customers are left standing in the heat.
