★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru kali ini nemu bank harus ngotot2 dulu baru proses.. apa2nya lama bikin nasabah naek darah. semoga kedepanya memberikan pelayanannya lebih baik.
It's the first time I've found a bank, you have to be persistent before the process.. What's the matter, it takes a long time for customers to bleed. Hopefully in the future it will provide better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ini bank syariah paling lelet pelayanan lama sama aja kaya dlu sblum ganti ni dlulunya bank syariah mandiri jg lelet, skrg udah bsi msh juga sama pelayanannya, si cs istirahat dari jam12 sampe jam 2 ga tau ngapain, blm lagi diprosesnya lamaaa bgt trus si teller yg cowo ngelayaninya lebih lama lagi total hampir 4 jam urusan ambil duit doang, gila sih tutup aja lo!!!
this is the slowest sharia bank, the old service is the same as before before changing this, before the independent sharia bank was also slow, now it's ready, it's still the same with the service, the cs rest from 12 to 2 o'clock, I don't know what to do, it hasn't been processed yet, then the teller who Guys serve it longer, a total of almost 4 hours, it's just a matter of taking money, it's crazy to just close it!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong pihak BSI yg di jalan dewi sartika kalau memang tidak siap kerja sama dengan western union jangan kerja sama. Saya setiap mau ambil western union alesannya sistemnya eror tanpa di cek terlebih dahulu. Baru sampe sekuriti sudah bilang eror, Saya ambil di BSI lain gak ada tuh kendala sitstem eror.
Please the BSI who is on Dewi Sartika Street if you are not ready to cooperate with Western Union, don't cooperate. Every time I want to take western union, the reason is the system error without checking first. It was only until security said that there was an error, I took it from another BSI, there were no system errors.
