Security nya attitude nya kurang GK ada greating nya pas customer datang,cara bicaranya pun ke customer kurang baik, bukannya mau di hargai ya,siapa pun customer nya mau dr kalangan atas atau bawah tolong jgn seperti itu

Semua pelayanannya memuaskan, kantornya yg skrg jg sangat rapih dan bersih, ruangannya harum, lantainya kinclong bisa ngaca, ATM 24 jam

Pelayanannya bagus , petugas nya ramah dan sopan , memang agak menunggu ajah buat transaksi , dikarenakan antriannya yg cukup banyak ... Tetapii tetap dilayaniii.. okelahh. .. pertahankan ..

Satpam di ajak bicara lagi nanya malah ngajak temen y ngobrol g ada aklak tuh satpam kita kan cuma minta info cara pencairan kjp jawab y ketus bgt ngeselin die bilg smua orang butuh ....hello pak satpam saya cuma nanya info cara y malah ngajak ngobrol kawan y kita di cuekin

Cs yang saya foto ini jutek & ga beretitude gitu ya. Saya mau buka tabungan Simpeda tapi katanya ga bisa harus simonash kalau untuk gaji. Katanya kalau uangnya ga terkirim ke rekening mereka ga mau tanggung jawab. Saya diminta buat surat pernyataan kalau kenapa2 jangan nuntut dan ga boleh buat rekening simonash di sini. Emang gitu ya? Padahal temanΒ² saya pada buat Simpeda gajinya ga kenapa2. Akhirnya saya buat yang simonash deh biar ga ribet isi surat pernyataan lagi. Pelayanan juga lama banget. Saya ngantri 13 orang di depan saya sampe sekitar sejam itu juga karena beberapa orang yang udah pergi (kelamaan ngantri kali ya?). Gimana kalau sampai 50 orang ? Udah itu pas baru nyampe satpam bilang ga ada materai. Disuruh beli sendiri. Fotocopy yang di depan bank habis materainya. Akhirnya nyariΒ² deh saya sambil jalan kaki. Ga profesional dan bad service ?? Seandainya para pegawai pemerintah DKI tidak diwajibkan buat rekening payroll di sini mungkin tidak akan ada yang mau ke sini. Saya lihat review tentang bank DKI di beberapa tempat memang banyak yang negatif.
Cs, what I photographed is jutek & has no latitude. I want to open a Simpeda savings account, but they say you can't have to simonash it for a salary. They said that if the money was not sent to the account they would not take responsibility. I was asked to make a statement if why don't you sue and can't create a simonash account here. Is that so? Even though my friends made the salary for Simpeda, it didn't matter. Finally I made the Simonash one so it wouldn't be complicated to fill in the statement letter again. The service is also really long. I queued 13 people in front of me until around that hour because some people had already left (got queued too long, huh?). How about up to 50 people ? Already when it just arrived the security guard said there was no stamp. Was told to buy it yourself. The photocopy in front of the bank runs out of material. Finally, look for me while walking. Not professional and bad service ?? If DKI government employees were not required to create payroll accounts here, maybe no one would want to come here. I see that there are many negative reviews about DKI Bank in several places.
