Jam 14.06 dateng, udah ditolak katanya tutup 14.30. Korupsi waktu bukan ya.

β β β β β Tempatnya bagus, bersih. Dimasa pandemi antrian di dlm dibatasi 50%, selebihnya antri diluar gedung. Ada tenda dan taman , buat teduh suasana. Buat nas prioritas n pebisnis ada ruang khusus , MBL . Mandiri Bisnis Lounge. Jadi gak campur dengan nasabah reguler

β β β β β Ga benerrr, pelayanan satpamnya tidak ramah (saya kan cuma ngikutin instruksi, saya nulis nama antrian dan sebagainya, taunya salah kertas doang, malah nyalahin saya ckck, bicaranya ketus tidak ada ramah - ramah nya sama sekali, kan bisa ya bicaranya secara baik - baik, saya datang pas pagi jam 8 pagi, masih pagi Pak uda ngegas aja) dan satpamnya juga arrogant a/n AB,
Dan staff tellernya sama juga a/n Deni Jusuf Fadillah, tidak ada ramahnya sama sekali, tidak ada sopan santunnya (menyapa juga tidak, dimana attidude nya saya tidak tau, songong dan angkuh, rasanya percuma sekolah ampe kerja jadi teller), sangat - sangat bad attidude, plus tidak jujur, ga profesional banget.. saya setor tunai uda saya hitung duluan uangnya dirumah, hanya saja saya belum susun per 100 lembar uangnya, dan susunan saya bolak balik, jadi ternyata disini katanya, uangnya harus disusun per 100 lembar dan susunan uangnya ga boleh bolak balik (ribet ya, saya kemarin setor tunai di bca ga kayak gini lho) jadi orang teller tersebut yang bantuin susunin uangnya tapi terkesan tidak ramah dan keberatan gitu, beda banget pelayanannya sama bank b**.. tadinya uda pake mesin uda pas 45jt di awal, 4x100lembar + 1x50lembar, taunya pas itung ulang pake mesin katanya yg 1x100lembar ada yang 99lembar, awal uda pake mesin juga bilang uda pas, gimana sih.. tau deh permainan dia apa bukan cuma Tuhanlah yang tau.. karena saya menghitung lebih dari 1x, ada lebih dari 3x dan nominal sudah pas dan sesuai, sudah diamplopin rapi juga dari rumah.. ?
(Kalo mau minta upah karena uda repot bantuin susunin uangnya, bilang aja trus terang..)
Jujur itu atas dari diri sendiri, buat diri sendiri dan orang lain, tapi kalo kamu milih ga jujur ya itu pilihanmu, yang diatas maha tau dan maha melihat.. saya orang ga mau ribet dan saya orang ga mau ribut, anggap saja saya sedekah buat kamu..
Ingat bro, uang 100rb ga akan bisa bikin kamu kaya..
Saya gedek, keki, kesal, kecewa dan emosi dengan pelayanan bank mandiri, bukan cuma sekali rasanya, makanya saya ga pernah dan ga akan pernah mau buka rekening di bank mandiri, yang punya mandiri orang rumah saya..
Tinggalkan yang pelayanannya tidak ramah, tidak santun, tidak jujur, tidak profesional, bad attidude cuma bikin emosi dan badmood..
