★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gak punya masalah ama pelayanannya, tetapi tukang parkirnya malak saya. Saya cuma berhenti doang di depan gedungnya, saya malah ditagihin biaya parkir. Saya udah bilang kalo saya bukan nasabah, tapi dia maksa dengan mata membelalak. Alhasil karena gak mau ribut ditengah pandemi, saya kasih aja receh yg nemu dikantong. Lucunya setelah dikasih, dia pergi dan gak bantuin saya kembali masuk jalan. Hahaha
Tolong ditegur tukang parkirnya. Gak lucu kalo orang gak jadi ke bank karena tukang parkirnya kayak preman gitu.

Please reprimand the parking attendant. It's not funny if people don't go to the bank because the parking attendants are like thugs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ satpamnya gak ramah, saya antri nunggu diluar panas lagi eh gak ada pemberitahuan nomer berapa"nya, satpamnya kurang nginfoin
dan al hasil saya kelewat jauh banget
ada yng gk pake nomer antri tapi bisa duluan
aneh kali kan ??
padahal saya nasabah juga punya hak pelayanan yng baik

and al my results are too far
there are those who don't use queue numbers but they can go first
weird times right

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Memang bank syariah pemerintah masih jauh pelayanannya di banding bank swasta. Aktivasi mobile online gak bisa, customer service sdh penuh karena siang mau tutup. Jadi memang belum mencapai tahap profesional.
Indeed, government Islamic banks are still far from providing services to private banks. Activation of mobile online can't be done, customer service is full because it's going to close at noon. So it has not yet reached the professional stage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cukup bagus, sesuai standar pelayanan bank pada umumnya. Kekurangannya ya area parkir yang sempit, tidak bisa parkir mobil. Sebaiknya ke sini naik kendaraan umum atau motor saja.
Pretty good, according to bank service standards in general. The drawback is that the parking area is narrow, you can't park the car. It is better to come here by public transportation or motorbike.
