Bank bri nusantara memiliki kantor bertingkat. Terletak di jalan nusantara raya berampingan dengan bank mandiri. Memiliki nasabah cukup banyak dibandingkan dengan bank bri cabang kartini depok. Sayangnya memiliki parkiran yang sangat sempit sehingga pemilik motor menempatkan motor bukan di area parkir bank tersebut hal tersebut menyulitkan pemilik memonitoring kendaraannya. Dan disayangkan juga kondisi gedung bank tersebut memiliki anak tangga yang cukup curam untuk antri pada bagian customer service sehingga menyulitkan manula untuk bisa bertemu dengan cs dalam pengurusan pensiun. Dengan kondisi ruang antri yang juga sempit mengakibatkan antrian tidak tertampung di dalam. Seperti pegambilan blanko pensiun di lantai 2 dengan pelayanan yang cukup lama.

Buruk bgt sih pelayanan satpamnya. Bad attitude bgt. Ga ramah sama sekali. Saya lebih respect ke pak polisinya. Baru kali ini nemuin satpam yg bad attitude. Nama Bapaknya MA. Saya tanya masalah perbaikan ATM harus kemana karna kan biasanya langsung ditanya trs dikasih unjuk, eh malah jawabnya sewot bgt "ambil nomorlah" akhirnya yg melayani saya pak polisinya bukan pak satpamnya. Sampai mamah saya minta duduk di dalam karena lagi sakit tapi satpamnya kekeuh nyuruh tunggu di luar dengan alasan penuh sedangkan di dalam itu hanya 30% yg baru keisi dari 50% , akhirnya saya tanya ke pak polisinya dan pak polisinya membolehkan mamah saya tunggu di dalam dan saya sadar diri kalo saya yg tunggu di luar. Tolong ya buat BRI, kalo pilih satpam itu harus di lihat lagi attitude nya. Jangan bad attitude!! Terimakasih pak polisi?
