★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan lelet,bukanya ngelayanin nasabah ini malah asyik ngobrol sama rekanya/ngerumpi...pelayanan ga sebagus gedungnya..tlong dong malulah ama nasabah yg nunggu kelamaaan
Slow service, instead of serving these customers, they are even fun to chat with their colleagues/huddle together...the service isn't as good as the building...please be ashamed of the customers who wait too long

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah daftar online sampai sana harus nunggu lagi selama hampir 2 jam. Tanya sama petugas yang banyak berkeliaran, jawabannya tidak ada yang jelas.
Setelah nunggu 2 jam, baru di minta masuk ke teller, itupun lewat pintu samping.
Terlihat kurang rapi koordinasi antar bagian
Already registered online until there had to wait again for almost 2 hours. Ask the officer who hangs around a lot, the answer is not clear.
After waiting for 2 hours, they were asked to enter the teller, and even then through the side door.
Looks less neat coordination between parts

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank pemerintah tapi pelayanan buruk, collector bank pemerintah kualitas kaya mata elang/rentenir kayak gak berpendidikan. nagih tapi gak buka data atau sistem. Jauh banget dari BNI Syariah pelayanannya.
Government bank but poor service, quality government bank collectors are rich in eagle eyes/ moneylenders like uneducated. billing but not opening data or system. Very far from BNI Syariah services.
