★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sedih...bank yg diharapkan bisa menjadi pengganti bank konvensional, tapi pelayanan nya mengecewakan. Ditelpon ke salam muamalat, operator nya ga ngerti, di telpon langsung ke nomor yg tertera disini yg menjawab mesin sampai berpuluh menit habis pulsa, didatangi langsung, sdh antri 2 jam, eh gada hasil....Turut prihatin.
Sad ... a bank that is expected to be a substitute for conventional banks, but the service is disappointing. Called to greetings muamalat, the operator didn't understand, called directly to the number listed here who answered the machine until it ran out of credit for tens of minutes, was visited directly, already queued for 2 hours, uh, no results.... Also concerned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya lama banget, antrian panjang tapi teller cuma 1, padahal ada 3 orang di dalam meja teller, gerakannya pun lambat tidak cepat seperti bank lain, tolonglah meja teller ada 3 difungsikan semua, biar tidak panjang antrian, dipercepat pelayanannya, terima kasih
The service is really long, the queue is long but the teller is only 1, even though there are 3 people at the teller desk, the movements are not as fast as other banks, please help all 3 of the teller desks function, so that the queue is not long, the service is accelerated, thank you
