★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Produk syariah yang Insya Alloh tentunya bebas riba. Walaupun gedungnya kecil dan ATMnya hanya beberapa buah saja, tapi tetap bisa internet banking baik transaksi finansial maupun non vinansial (walau dengan PIN yang masih diberi manual 100 buah, dan jika sudah habis bisa minta lagi). ATMnya juga bisa menggunakan jaringan ATM mandiri (yang konvensional).
Islamic products that Insha Allah certainly is usury-free. Even though the building is small and the ATM is only a few, but still can internet banking both financial and non-financial transactions (even with a PIN that is still given a manual of 100 pieces, and if it is used up can ask again). The ATM can also use a standalone (conventional) ATM network.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kemarin pas dateng tellernya baru ada satu dibantu custumer service satu orang juga. Jadi kalau mengantri agak lama. Mending ditinggal dulu. 7 antrian CS hampir 1,5 jam. Tapi pelayanan ok. Apalagi CS nya enak banget ngobrolnya sama nasabah. Serasa sudah kenal dan dekat. Lobi memang agak kecil tapi ada ruang tunggu khusus juga didalam yang bisa dipakai. Mushola juga tersedia. Dilayani juga untuk penukaran uang real.
Yesterday when the teller arrived there was only one customer assisted by one person as well. So if the queue is a bit long. Better leave it first. 7 CS queue almost 1.5 hours. But service is ok. Moreover, CS is really nice to chat with customers. Feels familiar and close. The lobby is rather small but there is a special waiting room inside that can be used. A prayer room is also available. Also served for real money exchange.

Friendly and fast service even though there is only 1 CS and 1 teller. Security guards are very helpful in directing clients.
