★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SOP utk satpam apakah ketika jam layanan telah usai tdk adakh satpam yg bertugas menjaga didepan trutama dibagian ATM?Satpam tdk ada yg dg siap membantu ketika ada nasabah kesulitan di mesin ATM.semua hnya duduk2 saja dbawah parkiran ketika dpanggil pun lama sekali tanggapannya dan ketika mendekat tdk ada kalimat "ada yg bisa saya bantu?".mohon tingkatkan standar layanan,trima kasih
