★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayananya kurang nuggu dari antrian 503 sampai 514 sampai sore bagian cs cuman satu jadi nuggunya lamaaaaaaaa buangeeettttttt.
The service is not good enough from the 503 queue until 514 until the afternoon the cs part is just one so it's a long time for me to run away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan cs kaya kopet. Hanya unyuk membuka bolokir atm antri 4 jam. Dan yg buat jengkel saya sudah bawa nomor antrian tp di dahulukan yg pencairan dana padahal datang dan nomor antrianya duluan saya...???
CS service is rich in copet. Only to open bolokir atm queuing 4 hours. And what is annoying is that I have brought the queue number but the disbursement of funds comes first, and my queue number comes first ... ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kalau mau kesini pikir2 lah. antri aja cuman dari 516 sampai 526 dari jam 10 sampai sore. pegawai bri ya bekerja. tp yg kesini kan juga punya urusan lain. jadi ya mengecewakan.
if you want to come here pikir2 lah. just queued just from 516 to 526 from 10 to afternoon. BRI employees work. but the ones here have other business too. so it's disappointing.
