★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pegawainya songong2... Apalagi teler bri yg di teras. Mana slogan bri yg melayani setulus hati. Jauh berbeda dg pegawai2 bri yg ada di daerah lain. Kalau tidak kepet males berurusan dg teler bri khususnya yg di teras... Tolong utk bisa diperbaiki atitude nya untuk menghadapi para nasabah
 The employees are songong2 ... Especially the stoned bri who is on the terrace. Where is the slogan of the bri who serve sincerely. Much different from the BRRI employees in other areas. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya gak banget... Kalo dikasih nilai 1-10 mungkin angkanya gak ada yg masuk karna 0 buat servicenya. Perlu ditraining tentang attitude tu untuk para karyawannya. Kami ini nasabah lo kok gak ada sopan2nya. Tolong dong dr kantor pusat diperhatikan lagi staf2 yg dicabang praci ini 0 untuk pelayanannya.. buruk bgt
The service is not really ... If you are given a value of 1-10, maybe the number will not enter because it is 0 for the service. Need to be trained about attitude tu for its employees. We are your customers, how come we are not polite. Please pay attention from the head office again for the staff who are branched off by this praci 0 for their service ... really bad

Karna ATM saya hilang dalam perjalanan
Minta tlg kepada satpam yg menjaga di situ
Mau ngurus pemblokiran
Di suruh hub calcenter
Sudah saya cb hub calcenter tetapi tidak bisa
Saya minta bantuan LG kenapa jawab nya si satpam masih suruh hubungi calcenter LG
Padahal intinya sy dtg ke BRI terdekat biar cpt di blokir ATM saya
Tidak memuaskan
Padahal saya nasabah setia BRI di smrg
Di Semarang tidak ada pelayanan seperti itu

Pelayanan tidak ramah sama sekali, orang pracimantoro disuruh ke bank giribelah kecamatan Giritontro, padahal antrian tidak banyak, alasan di Giribelah antrian tidak ramai!
Jangan lagi kesinilah cukup 1x ini, mending ke cabang lain selain Pracimantoro!!!

The service is not friendly at all, Pracimantoro people are told to go to the Giribeli bank, Giritontro sub-district, even though there are not many queues, the reason is that the queue is not crowded!
Don't come here anymore, just 1 time, better go to another branch besides Pracimantoro!!!
