★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kantor cabang utama Bank Muamalat di Jogja, disini pas saya dateng antrinya ngga begitu lama. Saat masuk bisa langsung ke CS untuk proses pembukaan rekening baru, hanya makan waktu sekitar 30 menit dari awal datang sampai rekening baru sudah siap digunakan. Saran saya buka tabungan dengan akad wadiah jika ingin ngga kena biaya admin bulanan. Ada fasilitas atm dan mobile/internet banking juga, jadi sangat mudah.
Pelayanan CS sangat baik dan helpful. Setor tunai di teller pun berlangsung cepat.
Gedungnya luas dan adem. Parkiran bisa untuk 3-4 mobil, dan motor bisa cukup banyak. Lokasi mudah ditemukan, tepat di dekat Tugu Yogyakarta.
The main branch office of Bank Muamalat is in Jogja, here when I arrived the queue wasn't that long. When you enter, you can go directly to CS for the process of opening a new account, it only takes about 30 minutes from the time you arrive until the new account is ready to be used. My advice is to open a savings account with a wadiah contract if you don't want to be subject to monthly admin fees. There are ATM and mobile/internet banking facilities as well, so it's very easy.
CS service is very good and helpful. Cash deposit at the teller is also fast.
The building is spacious and cool. Parking can be for 3-4 cars, and motorbikes can be quite a lot. The location is easy to find, right near Tugu Yogyakarta.
