Sy mau konfirmasi krn sy kena tipu via transfer yg maksud sy konfirmasi ke bank MAS untuk do buatkan laporan secara Bilateral ke bank Mandiri agar dari bank Mandiri bisa memproses nasabahnya..
Ini malah saya di lempar sana lempar sini..
Saya tlp CS yg ke2 ktnya "gak ada orang, karyawannya cuti, customer lg banyak tlp langsung di matikan "(bpk Darsono) yg angkat tlp.??
Beda dgn CS bank MAS cab. Kuningan dia memberitahukan ke sy untuk tlp ke bank MAS jt negara krn awal buka rek di jtn, dan CS cab. Kuningan ber empati..
